Carlos Espinosa is the Director of Human Resources and Innovation at élogos, one of the leading Human Capital consulting firms in Spain and Latin America.
Bachelor of Law and Business Administration, also has a Program on Management Development (PDD) by the IESE (University of Navarra), in addition to issuing a PH.D in Business Organization.
His professional work has been developed in both the top management as in the consulting's field. He was Director of Structure and Management Development at AENA (Spanish Airports and Air Navigation Authority), as well as Vice-President of Organization and Human Resources for several years.
In the field of consulting his experience includes Soluziona-Union Fenosa (current Indra), where he participated in several
national and international projects of great importance in the field of transformation processes and organizations.
Until joining élogos, Carlos Espinosa was Director of the Madrid's Office of GEC, and e-business consulting firm of the Open University of Catalunya UOC and la Caixa Bank.
Through this experience, he has had the opportunity of integrating business and the operational line with the more conceptual consultancy approach, being able to develop its own way to understand innovation, change management and organizational management in modern and complex competitive business environment.
He has given numerous lectures and conferences in major business schools in Spain, having also written several magazine articles on management and economic press, as well as participated in four collective books of management and human resources.
It has also been called as an expert for different working groups. It might be highlighted his participation in the White Paper of the Enterprise Restructuring developed by IESE and Creade, the White Paper on Quality of the Government of Cantabria, and many expert committees for several consultants Strategy.
Espinosa is a member of Spanish Bar Association, practicing as a lawyer and economist of Madrid Economist Association. It also belongs to AEDIPE (Spanish Association of HR Directors), the Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (AECA), and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Additionally he is a member of the Association of Alumni of IESE, and the Alumni Association of the University Autonoma of Madrid.
Recently, he has been selected for the Spanish Top Ten of HR, a new website in where the top ten HR experts of Spain will share their knowledge and experience worldwide.
