EdEd Bernacki began the Idea Factory in 1996 to help individuals and organizations develop their capacity to innovate. He believes that many great ideas already exist in our organizations but that they do not have the skills and systems to find, develop and act on these ideas. His workshops and presentations focus on the key skills for innovative thinking. These skills are crucial for building a capacity to innovate. These are the skills for managing ideas. Ed also created “Wow! Great Idea!” to meet the demand for innovative publications on the themes ideas and innovation.
All presentations are based on the theme of “Wow! That's a Great Idea!”.
