| As a leader of CCM development team in Noida, he is responsible for architecture, delivery, development and quality of Address Management Solution suite and Print Production Solutions. He has experience of working in France and USA and has moved to India in 2006 after living 6 years in Seattle. Prior to joining PBBI, he was working with UnitedLex as Sr. Manager Software Engineering, and was responsible for setting up the engineering team to build eDiscovery solutions and provide consulting services to operation team. He has also worked for Areva T&D (earlier Alstom T&D) in various R&D roles and was also part of the Energy Management Center Of Excellence group. |

| Jai has obtained his B. Tech. degree in Engineering from University of Agril. & Tech., Pantnagar. He has also obtained MBA degree from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad; and has completed Senior Management Program from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta |
