Paul is an consultant and executive coach with MetaSystem Consulting Group who helps leaders and teams in dynamic environments focus on transformative actions, conversations, and ways of being that promote effective action towards desired business outcomes. His clients report that they clarify their purpose, gain confidence in building new awareness and skill, and find renewed and sustainable energy for personal and professional change. In 1999 Paul co-founded Face The Music, incorporating music and songwriting into his organizational work. Recent clients include Bank of America, Endo Pharmaceuticals, JPMorganChase, Club Med, Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, Oliver Wyman, Millennium, and Corning. He has published articles in organization development and coaching magazines, has been interviewed on NPR and has appeared on CNN’s Business Unusual. As a speaker, Paul has presented at the World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Human Issues in Management Conference, Linkage Best of OD Summit, the Leadership Forum, Fortune Innovation Forum, International Coach Federation, Pepperdine MSOD Alumni Conference, the Organizational Development Network, and the Society for Human Resources Development (SHRM).

Paul has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Notre Dame, and was trained and mentored in consulting by Alain Cardon of Metasysteme, France.
