In
1997 Roger commenced to document a structured way of
thinking referred to as "La Salle Matrix Thinking"
©. This method has now found its way into many
companies in more than 25 countries worldwide.
He
is the author of three books, and suggests he is probably
the only person to have published a book on a structured
approach to finding business opportunities.
Roger
is a Director of the INNOVIC (The government funded
Victorian Innovation Centre), a former panellist on
the ABC television program, ‘The New Inventors’
and in 2004 was appointed as Chair of Innovation at
the prestigious Queens University in Belfast.
Roger
is sought after as a business speaker and mentor in
innovation, opportunity recognition, marketing and business
building.
Roger
La Salle is a professional electronic engineer who has
spent a lifetime with innovation and the development
of new products. He also has a graduate diploma in Businesses
Administration and a wide range of industrial experience
having worked as a Principal Engineering in the Australian
Department of Civil Aviation in air navigation, in production
management with Motorola, in general management roles
in small and start-up businesses as well as senior management
and Director roles in major companies.
Roger
has several significant patents to his credits and has
founded a number of successful businesses.
