| Sunita is a Co-founder & Senior Director of the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), setup to create and support high-growth entrepreneurs driving job-creation and economic growth in India. Today NEN represents India’s largest and most dynamic community of new and future high-growth entrepreneurs with over 70,000 members in 30 cities and provides critical support to start-ups and early-stage entrepreneurs through high-impact learning programs, mentoring and expert interactions and much more. |

| Entrepreneurship has always excited Sunita – she has found that entrepreneurial environments provide her the opportunity to build and develop new things that make life worthwhile – her social entrepreneurship stint with NEN and her earlier experience in the startup team setting up a PR agency have both kept her energized during the last 14 years of her life. Her current passion is to develop platforms and infrastructure to support innovation and incubation in India. Currently, she is an advisor to the IIT Kanpur’s SIDBI Innovation & Incubation Centre (SIIC). She is also on the advisory committee of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development center promoted by the Department of Science and Technology by the Government of India. In 2009 sunita was a TiEger awardee from TiE Kolkata for significant contribution to developing entrepreneurial eco-system in Eastern India. She holds a post graduate and a M.Phil degree from Indian universities. |
