Individual:
Entry should accompany with the brief updated profile of the nominee, photograph, & the achievements.
Organizational:
Entry should accompany the write-up in about 2700 words excluding attachments, Company Profile & Interviews.
The application for the Award Category should submit both as Soft Copy & Hard Copy along with Cheque / DD in favour of "World HRD Congress" payable in Mumbai
(2) ENTRY FEES AND DEADLINE:
INR 5,000/- (+10.3% Service Tax Per Nomination)
USD 150 (Per Nomination)
Final Entry Deadline is December 15, 2009
