Their work involves formulating creative-innovative approaches to problem solving in process improvement, business/market/product strategies, HR and corporate policies.

Recently he gave a Key Note Speech to HRH Princess Sumaya of Jordan, the ex-Priminister of Jordan & other ministers of the Jordanian Government at their Technology Conference. Presently he has been seconded by a GCC government to apply Systematic Innovation methodology to their transportation and urbanization strategies in developing new concepts towards solving complex issues and nurture innovation within their Public Works Organisation.
He has conducted various seminars and workshops to over 1300 delegates across a broad spectrum of industries and various business functions emphasizing on innovative approaches in business, marketing and product development strategies as well as HR and corporate policies. He has a fortnight radio slot and has been interviewed on radio, TV and print media in the UAE and has jointly published a series of articles for prestigious Middle East Business Magazines recently.

Prior to Systematic Innovation, at Shell UK, his recommended downstream oil strategy was implemented Europe wide in 2002. Following Shell, at Serviceteam he was instrumental in developing strategies for their seven Business Units. Bramble, an Australian multinational, acquired Serviceteam based on these strategies.
His industry experience spans the broadcast, food products, waste and facilities management, energy, contract servicing, sports, creative arts, local governments and non-profit sectors.
Jabir has an MBA from Manchester Business School.
