Titus Yong is a passionate educator & trainer who specializes in creative thinking (ingenuity) and positive psychology.
He holds a master’s degree from Harvard University after completing an interdisciplinary program in education (creative intelligence), psychology, and management. He conducted research under Prof. Howard Gardner (creativity and multiple intelligences) and learnt under Prof. Michael Porter (strategy) and several Nobel laureates.

Titus was formerly a venture capitalist at a regional private equity firm. He was responsible for managing and evaluating investments in the technology and education companies. Prior to investment management, Titus was a consultant at Andersen Consulting (renamed Accenture) specializing in business process re-engineering. He started his career with Schlumberger working on offshore oil and gas platforms.

His speaking engagements include: Asia Pacific Professional Speakers Summit, Asia Business Forum, National Semiconductor, Standard Chartered Bank, Salvation Army, Hilton/Conrad, Sembawang Logistics, New Voice Club of Hong Kong, Philippines Society for Training and Development, Shanghai University, Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore, among others. Titus has served as Judge for Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors Award, FIRST Robotics, and Global StartUp@Singapore business plan competition.
